VO5127 

Tape VO5127 was damaged in a tape drive. It has snapped toward the
center of the tape. The tape was inside the tape drive which was
sent to STK in Colorado for problem analysis and attempted data
recovery.
This happened on May 29, 2007.   A copy of the tape has been returned by
STK. This tape originally had 3754 LQCD files  The recovered copy has
3750 files on it. A test was run on this tape to check the crcs  on each
file on the tape. The tape is not usable in enstore in it's present
state because of the missing files. A new tape needs to be made with dummy
files replacing the bad files on this tape.

Files 63 and 1147  get a warning from cpio  (cpio_odc wrapper) of a
number of junk bytes being skipped. the crc check fails.
